Hala Gorani is an anchor and senior correspondent for CNN International, based in London. She is one of CNN’s most experienced journalists and anchors HALA GORANI TONIGHT, a show that brings viewers into the heart of CNN’s International operation and immerses them in the latest stories of the day.

In addition to her anchoring duties, Hala often goes into the field to report on major breaking news stories like the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon in 2014 and the 2012 Egyptian Elections.
