Rana left the corporate world after 17 years with a career spanning McKinsey & Company’s London Office, the Dubai Government, and GE Capital. Since then she’s been on a mission to inspire women of all backgrounds to shine – through keynotes, advisory, workshops, and When Women Win, a podcast where female role models from all walks of life share their inspirational stories and practical tools for personal and professional success. When Women Win recently became the most listened to podcast in the Middle East. The podcast regularly features business leaders, celebrities and inspirational figures with the lineup including Beth Comstock, Hala Gorani, Michelle Peluso, Marshall Goldsmith and Leslie Berland.

Rana is president of the Dubai Chapter of Ellevate Network, a global professional women’s network founded on the belief that through networking and education, women will thrive. She has been featured in the press, on TV and on radio, and her articles have been published in Forbes, Huffington Post, and The Tempest.
